Lead by Director Stephen Hart, Jersey South FC promotes a positive training environment that encourages players to reach their full potential.
As a former Assistant Director at Universal Soccer Academy and former Director of Coaching and Player Development at Barrington SC, Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge and understands the importance of a positive environment to ensure players develop the necessary self-confidence to play at the highest level. With over 10 years of coaching experience working with players of all levels, from 5 year old recreation players to US National Team Players, Stephen has a proven track record and process that leads to individual and team success. As Stephen will tell you, the approach may seem simple, but the execution must be delivered accurately to truly reach peak performance on the field:
Training = Technical Execution, Tactical Understanding.
Coaching = Empowers you to Perform and Execute.
Leadership = Creates Hardwork, Discipline, Character & Passion.
Training alone is not enough, you must develop the technical and tactical skills required to manage the pitch effectively.
This is where coaching and instruction are critical to player development. At Jersey South every coach is focused on the complete player not just developing skills.

The club strives to create beautiful soccer by teaching correct fundamentals and mentoring individuals to unite together with a focus on the TEAM being the star. Our soccer rich environment is both educational and fun, with an emphasis on developing strong friendships through a common goal.
Above all else, Jersey South stresses respect for the game, coaches, officials, teammates and opposing players. We place great value on character and sportsmanship.
TRAINING
ELEVATE YOUR GAME CLASS.
The Elevate Your Game (EYG) class is a yearlong training program that is designed to elevate individual development for students looking for additional training. The program concentrates on individual skill and fitness. Keeping sharp and polished throughout the year is essential to individual performance, which ultimately enhances team play.
EYG is open to students inside or outside Jersey South FC. It is designed and scheduled to add to your club training and will not interfere with team training sessions.
